WorkupVarsity is a leading edtech startup focused on freelancing, offering a structured platform that connects freelancers and helps them launch various freelance businesses. I designed and developed the entire backend architecture for this project, while also serving as the Project Manager. In this role, I led a team of two Software Engineers and one Product Designer. Through continuous communication with the client, I ensured the timely delivery of a product that met all expectations.
